2012 • Multifamily
Project completed by Path21 principal Bill Turner while at SA+R Architects. Anchored on the corner of a busy intersection, this two hundred sixteen unit multi-family for rent mixed use urban infill building adjacent to a large university campus is a preferred address for students, professors, and local businesses. The site called for a resolution of parking, high density, retail, and restaurant programming on a tight site at a busy city intersection. The residents have access to a fifth floor amenity deck and pool along with an athletic club. The unit mix ranges from single room studio units to three bedroom penthouse suites. Also integrated into the design are two levels of parking below grade and five levels of parking above grade within the shell of the building. Modern yet quietly succinct with the surrounding urban fabric, the building is delight for the public and a solid investment for the owner.
